I hate the color scheme. Red and black go great together. Orange and grey do not. It’s that simple. That being said, it’s a rather interesting design. It can’t really do much, but it does look pretty cool. The tail can’t actually “sting” anything that’s not standing on top of it, behind it, or beside it. The pincers are fixed in place. The leg-base rotates as one single piece. The head does move…but it needs rubber-bands to keep it from flopping all over the place. Still, it looks pretty cool. Of course, to a MATORAN, it probably looks absolutely terrifying. Now imagine walking back from digging at the end of a long tunnel and finding one of these waiting for you at the other end. There’s nothing behind you but more rock, and your only exit is behind something that’s three times as large as you and fairly intent on having a little snack. That pretty much explains why every ONU-KORONAN in the MNOLG kept warning TAKUA about these beasties.
