MoD reader Marcel writes in with a Dutch website that is showing the box for the #10023 creature pack. (See, I told you it was coming out…) The name and piece-count are not visible in the image, but it does show that there will be 15 models, and some sort of bird is pictured on the front of the box.

UPDATE: Turns out it’s actually a DRAGON LIZARD from card #111, as pointed out by MoD reader Bohrok Awakener.
