Toys R Us has the best deals I’ve seen for LEGO® Dimensions so far. According to an email I received, the starter kit is reduced to $79.99 and comes with a free fun pack, normally 16.99 (though $14.99msrp). The fun packs are also buy-one-get-one free… though Im personally not seeing the advertised prices when I follow the link provided. Keep watching though, if the sale is over already, it’s bound to go on sale again some day.
