Nicole Drumm posted a note on LUGNET stating that she had uploaded a set of videos showing a new method for removing the eye-pieces from TOA heads. I checked them out, and it looks pretty simple, as long as you have the correct parts. Just in case you can’t make them out in the tiny little videos, you will need one of these and two of these .

WARNING: TOA eye-pieces are designed to be permanently attached to the heads, and removing them risks damaging them, especially if you remove the same eye-piece multiple times.
