The End Of The (LEGOŽ) Universe Is Near! Posted by Richard on January 25, 2012 at 06:10 PM CST:
The LEGO® Universe MMO will be shutting down, presumably for good, in less than five days. Unfortunately, only existing members who had paid for time before the beginning of this month are able to play right now, and I don't think I need to tell them to get what time they can in before the servers go down for good. Insane Minecraft Pocket Edition Sale Posted by Richard on December 7, 2011 at 11:16 AM CST:
I almost could not believe my own eyes when I saw the Minecraft Pocket Edition in the android marketplace for $0.10 USD. Normaly the game runs for $6.99, so to see it go for a tenth of a dollar is truly amazing. The ios/ipod version is still holding at full price however. Its nowhere near as great as the full PC version, but there are plans to add more features such as survival mode. I have no idea when the sale is set to end, so hurry up and get it! Terraria On Sale Posted by Richard on November 23, 2011 at 09:44 PM CST:
Terraria is a spectacular side scrolling adventure game in the same genre as Minecraft, where the land is made up of blocks which you can mine and craft with. While both games have their strong points, I personally like Terraria the best of the two, and it's a spectacular game for $10.00 USD (And even better, it's on sale for $5.00 USD, or $15 to buy yourself and three Steam friends a copy until the end of the 27th). On top of all the great content in the game already, a new, free update is right around the corner that adds in a great number of new features and items. Forum link.

It has also been available on Android devices for a while now, starting out as an Xperia Play exclusive but now available for all android users. The PC version is also rumored to receive an update tomorrow (Friday, 18th 2011) to upgrade it to the finished version of the game for those who bought and played it during the testing period. If you haven't heard of Minecraft, its a building game using textured cubes, which may appeal to fans of LEGO® Products. Forum link.
