This character only shows up in two places, and not for very long. You first see him running past the Air Traffic Controller during the video clip just prior to the NUI-RAMA battle. The next time you see him is running up next to MATAU during the video just before KONGU performs a somewhat non-traditional landing in the NUI-RAMA hive.

To build him, you’ll need to give KONGU a pair of LEHVAK VA legs and a primary green KAKAMA.
