Contrary to popular belief, this is not KOTU. (According to Leah, she does not appear in GA-KORO at any point during the MNOLG.) This one is, however, one of the more prominent denizens of the floating village. She is the Astrologer, one of two characters in the MNOLG who exhibits proficiency with a telescope. Well, one of three if you can figure out how to use one yourself… You can see an identical MATORAN taming the TARAKAVA that briefly terrorized GA-KORO.

To build this MATORAN, give MAKU a blue PAKARI, either from the KANOHI pack, or from the blue TARAKAVA.
